The JNU M.Tech cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI category varied from 338 to 529 for the M.Tech CSE and M.Tech ECE courses. In the last round, MTech CSE came out as the more competitive course, with the cutoff being 443.
Students can refer to the table below to know the round 1 and last round JNU CCMT cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI category.

JNU cutoff 2025 was released for the M.Tech course admission for various All India categories based on the GATE entrance examination, followed by the CCMT counselling process.
To get a seat at JNU, students have to appear for the GATE exam, attain a valid score and then participate in the CCMT counselling process to be eligible to pursue the M.Tech course. For the General AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 350 to 592, wherein, in the last round, MTech CSE was the most competitive course branch for admission.
Note: Other categories will have different cutoffs accordingly.

GATE CCMT counselling is expected to start in June/July. Students who have qualified in GATE exam 2026 and want to take admission in NITs and other engineering colleges must register and participate in CCMT. The dates will be updated here for each round.

To check the GATE CCMT cutoff, candidates need to visit the official NTA portal for the GATE CCMT exam. Here, the candidates will need their login credentials which were used at the time of registration for the entrance exam. Once logged in, candidates willbe shown a scorecard, displaying their rank and exam score which candidates can download for future use.

The OBC category's NIT Sikkim CCMT cutoff 2025 range fell between 328 to 377 for various M.Tech specialisations as per the last round cutoff scores. The most difficult course to get admitted to was M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with a cutoff score of 377, and the easiest for the OBC AI category candidates was M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems. Since your score of 325 falls within this range, you qualify for multiple courses, such as M.Tech. in Power System and Control, M.Tech. in Structural Engineering, with scores of 322 and 317, respectively. The branch-wise cutoff ranks for the OBC AI category candidates varied between 309 and 533 in the last round. IIIT Kalyani cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to the M.Tech specialisation. The cutoff was released for M.Tech. in VLSI and Embedded Systems, wherein the cutoff for students belonging to the General AI quota was 354, according to the last round cutoff results. Please note that other categories' qualifying scores will vary accordingly. Given below are the cutoff scores for M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems for various categories.
