CCMT Counselling registration process is conducted in an online mode. Candidates have to register for the counselling process by filling their name and GATE related details such as year of exam, registration ID, exam paper and score to generate the login details. Candidates will be given admission on the basis of the GATE score, choices made and seat availability. The candidates must apply for the CCMT counselling during the specified dates on the official website. The counselling process will be conducted soon after the GATE results are out.

No. Candidate can apply online only for CCMT. The candiadtes must visit the official website to apply for the counselling during the dates specified. Offline submission of CCMT application form is not allowed by the authority. Candidates must create a registration ID to access the CCMT result portal.

It’s as per the candidate’s choice. Candidates can provide any year's GATE scorecard. There is no restriction on the selection of a particular year's GATE score; candidates are allowed to present the scorecard from the GATE examination year that they find most advantageous or suitable for their application. This flexibility enables candidates to strategically use their GATE scores to enhance their chances of securing admission according to their individual circumstances and academic achievements.

The schedule for the CCMT 2025 counselling has been announced on the website - ccmt.admissions.nic.in. Candidates seeking admission to the CCMT participating institues can also register. Candidates with a valid GATE score - 2025, 2024, or 2023 can apply for the counselling. Candidates can check the CCMT Round I (Phase I) counselling schedule below -
