 IIIT Kalyani cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to the M.Tech specialisation. The cutoff was released for M.Tech. in VLSI and Embedded Systems, wherein the cutoff for students belonging to the General AI quota was 354, according to the last round cutoff results. Please note that other categories' qualifying scores will vary accordingly.  Given below are the cutoff scores for M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems for various categories.

NIT Puducherry cut off 2025 was concluded for M.E./M. Tech admission is based on GATE entrance exam score, followed by the CCMT counselling process. The cutoff was released as scores for different categories belonging to the AI quota. NIT Puducherry GATE cutoff 2025 ranged between 377 and 510 for students belonging to the General AI category, wherein M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the toughest course to get admitted to.  Therefore, getting admission to NIT Puducherry with this score is possible.

NIT Mizoram CCMN cutoff 2025 has been announced across multiple specialisations, wherein the closing ranks varied between 350 and 380 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. Therefore, admission at 100 rank is possible for NIT Mizoram.

IIIT Trichy CCMT cutoff 2025 has been out for admissions to various M.Tech course specialisations. The cutoff score for the OBC AI category ranged from 320 to 420 for M.Tech. in VLSI Systems, and for M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, the cutoff went from 410 to 516. It is to be noted that the cutoff varies according to different categories and rounds.

IIIT Kota CCMT cutoff 2025 differs depending on the candidate's category and the course they are aiming for. For the General AI category, the CCMT counselling last round cutoff 2025 for admissions to M.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science was 418 and for M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), 366. The first round closing cutoff scores for both specialisations were 506 and 370, respectively. IIIT Vadodara DIU Campus cutoff 2025 for admissions to M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence through GATE examination, followed by CCMT Counselling process, is out. For the General and OBC, All India quota, the last round qualifying score was 415 and 360, respectively. For SC, the All India quota, M.Tech in AI was available with a score of 270 as the last round closing score. Below are the tables given for both the first and last round cutoff scores for all categories for CCMNT 2025.

IIITM Gwalior cutoff 2025 has been released for the last round based on CCMT counselling and the GATE exam. The cutoff was released for various specialisations.  The score you would need to achieve to get a seat at IIITM Gwalior would depend entirely on which course specialisation you want and which category you belong to. For the General AI category, the last round cutoff score ranged from 370 to 534. The GATE CCMT 2025 cutoff for various M.Tech courses varies across different specialisations offered. This year, the cutoff ranged from 370 to 534 for the General AI Category. For the SC AI quota, it fell between 256 and 380 in the last round cutoff score. M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the toughest for SC AI candidates, and Integrated M.Tech. + Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering was the same for students belonging to the General AI category. IIITDM Kurnool cutoff 2025 for M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering was 410 for students belonging to the General AI category. To get admission to the M.Tech CSE program, students from the General AI category would need to secure a score of 410 or higher.  For OBC AI candidates, the same course had a cutoff score of 364 and 295 was the qualifying score for students under the SC All India quota. IIITDM, Kurnool accepts admission to various M.Tech courses through the GATE examination, followed by the CCMT counselling process. Please keep in mind that the cutoff score varies according to different categories and rounds.
