Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate programme offered by the Central University of Karnataka, Gulbarga.

Admission Details

50% of the seats will be filled on the basis of performance in JEE– Main Exam (2020) who is eligible for writing JEE–Advanced 2020, the national level test conducted by the IITs for admission to all their UG programs. 50% of the seats will be filled on the basis of performance in the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET-2020).

It is a Central University so it is quite reputation college with 654 acres of space which more than enough for college campus experience along with it, it provies decent placement where 50 to 60% of students are placed.

From 7 sem onwards students are eligible for placements. Few companies are visiting the campus such as TCS, wipro, Accenture and some finance companies providing decent packages. the highest package was 1.6 crores and average package is 6 LPA the lowest is 3lpa. 60% students will get placements.

In the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) programme at the Central University of Karnataka (CUK), placements are decent. Typically, around 50 to 60% students get placed, with the highest salary package offered being 3.36 LPA by TCS (Tata Consultancy Services). TCS is among the top recruiters at CUK, along with other major companies like Infosys, Wipro, and Cognizant.

Our HOD had studied at a good University. Many have PhD degrees. The term exam is conducted every 6 months.
