To be eligible for CG PET admission, all students should have passed 12th standard (or equivalent) qualifying entrance examination with Maths, Physics and Chemistry. A minimum of 45% marks should have been scored in the exam (40% for reserved category).

Yes, the minimum age limit for CG PET is 17 years as of the admission year. Additionally, the students should not be more than 30 years of age as of July 1 of the admission year. Reserved category students are given a three year relaxation in age limit.

Yes. JEE Main qualified candidates will be eligible to participate in the CG PET counselling and admission process. The registration process for the CG PET counselling will be open for JEE Main candidates. They will not be required to participate in the entrance exam but can directly apply for the counselling process. However, they will have to meet the basic eligibility criteria. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability.
