CG PET Counselling

The authorities are expected to conduct four rounds of CG PET counselling. For every round, the students will be able to register and choose/modify their course and college choices. The details of the CG PET counselling rounds will be released at the official website.

The CG PET counselling fee is INR 300. All students will have to pay the counselling fee while they are registering for the same. The fee has to be paid online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. Offline fee payment will not be accepted.

Yes. CG PET counselling is conducted as an online process. The qualified candidates will have to register for the counselling process and select their choice of colleges and courses in the order of preferences. CG PET seat allotment result will also be announced online.

CG PET 2025 seat allotment has been released for Round 2. To check the seat allotment result, the candidates will have to log in using the required credentials. Candidates are being allotted as per their obtained rank, preferences and seat availability. Separate allotment results will be declared for separate rounds of counselling. All of the allotted candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date. During every round of counselling, the authorities will announce the CG PET seat allotment 2025 result. For the spot round, the seat allotment was done offline at the respecitve institutes.

The authorities have not yet announced the official date for the commencement of classes for the qualified CG PET candidates. However, the authorities are expected to commence the classes after the counselling process is over. The official date will be announced during or after the CG PET counselling. Candidates will have to report to their allotted college on the date of the class commencement. The official dates have to be checked and followed by the candidates. 

After the CG PET seat allotment results are declared, the allotted candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date. To confirm their admission, the candidates will have to report to their allotted college and pay the tuition fee. Along with the fee, the candidates will also have to submit their documents for verification. The confirmation process has to be completed before the final date, otherwise the allotment will be cancelled.

CG PET seat allotment result will be released online. The registered and qualified candidates will be able to check their seat allotment status online. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability. Therefore, the candidates are advised to be careful while selecting the order of their preferences in the counselling form. All of the mentioned factors will be taken into consideration for the seat allotment process. If the candidates are not satisfied with their allotment, then they can participate in the next round of counselling. 

CG PET seat allotment result will be declared online. Candidates will be able to access the CG PET seat allotment results separately for every round. To download the seat allotment result, the candidates will have to log in using the required credentials. No other mode will be used by the authorities to declare the seat allotment result. After checking their seat allotment status, the candidates will be able to download their seat allotment letter.

The authorities of CPEB is conducting four rounds of CG PET counselling, including two spot rounds. All rounds of  CG PET counselling are held online; however, spot round allotment is done offline. The authorities have announced the details regarding the CG PET counselling process. Fresh registrations and choice filling are open for every round of counselling. The authorities will announce separate CG PET seat allotment results for every round.

To participate in the CG PET counselling process, the candidates will be required to pay the fee. All candidates will have to pay a fee of INR 300. The mode of fee payment is online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted by the authorities. If the candidates fail to make the payment before the final date, then they will not be allowed to proceed further in the counselling process of CG PET. If the candidates are unable to make the payment, they are advised to contact the authorities immediately to solve the issue.
