However, time to time, the board make changes in the CG Board 10th syllabus to meet guideline prescribed in National Education Policy.

The CGBSE 10th Second Main Exam is basically a second board exams for the students of class 10 in the same year. From the year 2026, the board is conducting the CG Board 10th 2nd main exams in place for CGBSE 10th compartment exams. Students who have not been able to clear the CGBSE 10th main exams in maximum two subjects and thos who want to improve their marks in any subjects can appear for the  CGBSE class 10 second main exams.
