Hello Praveen, yes I can understand your angst and anxiety of taking admission and not very sure about the fees to be paid. But I feel that the fees mentioned on the web page of this University has to be correct. If you still have any doubts I would advise you to send them an email or ring their adm

Yes you can get CSE or CSE related courses but in category 2 or above.

Yes you can get CSE core Vellore in third category and in Chennai in the second category. For specialisation courses the category might be lower.

It would be tough to get CSE in Vellore campus, but yes you can get in Chennai campus.
