As per 2015 ranking Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology is better in comparison to CU for BTech Mechanical Engineering.

both programmes are not highly reputed. the PG diploma may help you to get into nbfc and financial corporations

Placement is based on your personal achievement. u hav to work hard for it.may any college can assure u for 100% placement but selection is done by companies not by college.
