For getting addmission into Pharm D firstly you have to complete your 12th with biology and with that you have to clear state exam for the admission into pharmacy course apart from that you can also get direct admission into the Pharm D at chitkara college of pharmacy in management quota.

No, fee here is income-based. If your family's annual income is less than 1 Lacs then you've to pay zero tuition fee, and one-third of your family's annual income is between 1 to 5 lakhs.

For BTech, the three are not exactly the same, but the core preparation overlaps heavily.

  • LPU NEST: Physics + Chemistry + Mathematics, with English depending on the programme. The syllabus is essentially Class 11–12 PCM level.

  • Chitkara: For regular BTech, Chitkara currently mainly uses Class 12 eligibility and also considers JEE Main for some admissions/scholarships, so there isn't a comparable mandatory entrance-test syllabus published for regular BTech. 

  • CU CUCET: Subject depends on your stream/programme. For engineering, the relevant sections include Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, with the university also listing aptitude/l

Honestly, for BTech CSE I'd pick Thapar. It has a stronger engineering reputation, better placement opportunities and a stronger peer group overall. Chitkara is decent too, but if you have both options, I'd go with Thapar.

If you have CSE at both, I'd pick Thapar. Chitkara is a decent option, especially if fees are a big factor, but Thapar has the stronger engineering reputation and overall peer group. If the fee difference isn't a major issue for you, I'd go with Thapar.
