Candidates seeking admission to CUK UG courses through CUET UG scores must fill an online application form along with submitting their CUET UG scores on the K-Samarth admission portal (cukcuet.samarth.edu.in). The cut-off for B.Com Hons at DU for general category is 90%. So, with a score of 400/800, you will not be able to get admission to DU for B.Com Hons.

Your score is not to much low. You can try for some low ranked central universities. Also some good private universities like LPU, Chandigarh University, Shoolini University also offers admission through CUET score.It also depend on your course, category, domicile, and other factors.
