You have good academic background. Regarding call for admission, it would be better if you check with the college website and the minimum cutoff required to get a call from the institute. Every year the criteria changes for the admission or GD-PI call, hence I would suggest you to get in touch with the institute, or current year students of that institute.

You can apply for ITM-Mumbai, Balaji Institutes-Pune, XIME-Bangalore, XIMR-Mumbai, BIMTECH-Noida, Flame University-Pune and MIT-Pune. Also, you need to score more than 90 percentile to get a call from a good college.

You can get admission in PIMR in MBA course on the basis of Graduation marks also. Both type of students (CMAT and Non CMAT) can participate in online off campus counselling through Internet from their home.
