Generally, the test center for a typical MBA entrance exam is allotted based on your local area. Hence, being from Gujarat, you'd be most likely getting a test center there itself. Thank you.

FMS, Delhi does not take into account CMAT score for admission.
You will have to score in excess of 98.6% marks in CAT to get an interview call and score in excess of 99.6%ile in CAT to have a chance of converting this interview call.

After cracking cutoff for a particular college through CMAT exam, the college will conduct GDPI and then candidates will be selected. But, if your rank is between 1 to 10, then you will get direct admission, top B-school in Mumbai have few seats through CMAT.
