Your scores are less but still you can give a try. There are many good colleges which considers various other parameters such as your performance in GD, PI, academic scores, etc. besides your scores in entrance exams. So, there are fair chances of getting admission in a good college.

Your profile looks good. Sorry, but this year the cutoff is 90%. Just give your best in other GD's and PI. They might not see your certificates right now but do include it in your resume and Highlight it whatever it is regarding.

Chances are very limited as last year the cutoff was close to 75 and 80. If you are willing to try your luck, you can apply.

Yes, you are eligible for MIT-Pune as well as some other Schools in that range. Check with college predictor tool and then apply accordingly.
