Hi in 10th -78.6%, 12th -73% and graduated in gov college with 60% & post graduate in maths subject 74% and nmat score is 148 and CMAT.

I would recommend you to go for BIMM. It has a good placement record, updated course curriculum, qualified and experienced faculty members, and good work exposure.

A minimum Overall percentile of 40 (35 for SC/ST) in CMAT 2019 is required for MBA at BIT.

BIT Mesra is a great option for MBA. With a percentile of 70.61, you can expect a GDPI call from BIT Mesra, if you apply.

How much do I need to score in CMAT and MAH-CET to get admission? I have scored in class 10th: 96.73%, 12th: 83.17% and graduation: 77%.

At least you have to score more than 60% percentile on those exams to get admission in the MITWPU.
