You can fill the form and still appear for many rounds as many colleges let you fill form and accept marks later on when the results are declared.

1) Test score Percentile (best score in CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT) -35%
2) Academic score & Quality of graduatinginstitute/university/college -35%
3) Work experience (duration & quality)- 10%
4) Performance in Personal interview- 20%

Unfortunately, there is no good college which accepts that CMAT score. The cutoff of all such colleges is generally 80+ percentile. I'd suggest you focus on the upcoming CET and MAT exams and aim to score higher in them. Good luck!
