I will suggest to go for maharaja surajmal as first option then for Maharaja Agresen

There are two deciding factors:
1. Interest- This is the major factor. You have to follow your interest, whether CS or EEE or any other stream. Have a look on the blueprint of the course if you have confusion on what you are going to study in these streams.
2. Institute- IIIT- Sricity is an emerging institute whereas NIT-Andhra Pradesh (Warangal) is known for its quality of education and placement opportunities from many years.
Obviously there is no comparison between two institutes. If you have interest in EEE, just go for NIT-Andhra Pradesh or if you have passion towards CS, you can try IIIT-Sricity.
4 years time is ample for growing a

Admission is based on JEE rank.
And as far as colleges are compared, JUIT, Solan is better in terms of placement, academics and location.

You can take admission in MVSR for CSE branch.
The college reviews are good as per students and also CSE is one of the top engineering branches in which you can get a job easily. You can read the reviews below.

Sai Balaji Will be the best option for doing MBA as it has a good environment and excellent knowledge.

Comparing both the institutions, Vel Tech is a good option. The only thing is Vel Tech will be very strict and will not let you enjoy your college life, whereas Hindustan University will not be as strict as Vel Tech.
As far as the quality of education is concerned, I am not pretty sure about Hindustan University but in Vel Tech, it is good.
There is a better reputation of Vel Tech than Hindustan.
