If you study from a well-known and well established autonomous college, you will be as qualified as someone passed from a non-autonomous college. From my point of view, you should go for VIT as it is one of the best and reputed college and the placements are pretty good.

REVA University is the best for mechanical engineering.

If you go for the labs, Haldia Institute of Technology has better labs as compared to Heritage Institute. The placement percentage of ECE is 100 percent in Haldia Institute of Technology.
