As per long-term career prospect, my recommendation is that both are not good.
For ground reality, you should personally visit the colleges and interact with students there and on that basis, you can select the best one.

It's very heartening to see that even in 10th class you have a dream in your eyes. It's actually very simple. After 12th, you should seek admission in BA English. Then PG in English. Clear SET or NET. This will get you job. Then register for PhD.

I think SRM university (KTR campus) is better in terms of education and placements than Siddaganga Institute of Technology.
So, if you don't get the KTR campus of SRM University then opt for Siddaganga Institute of Technology.

Indira has higher fee, though the placement is average ROI is very low for Indira.
Try for Met MMS, Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute, SIES, Lala, etc.

Amity is also a good college but at the end, it is on you to make a choice where you want to go, GGSIPU or Amity University.
