The basic eligibility for admission to undergraduate courses at the College of Vocational Studies (CVS) is 10+2. Students must also appear and qualify the CUET entrance exam. The selection process is based on the CUET exam and e-counseling. 
 
The basic eligibility for admission to all undergraduate courses at Delhi University is 10+2 with at least 45% marks in aggregate from a recognised board of education.

Admission to all the College of Vocational Studies courses is entrance-based. College of Vocational Studies accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BSc and BCom. The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 academic year. Before this, admission to UG was based on merit in Class 12. The eligibility requirements for all the popular programmes offered by the college are tabulated below:

Hi Vaishvani, yes, both are required 12th percentage for your eligibility and personal interview for your selection.
The candidates who have qualified 10+2 (12th examination) or equivalent examination from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% of marks are eligible to apply for BA, BA (Hons) admission 2018.
Admission will be based on the merit list.
All courses/programmes which have an entrance examination will be based on the candidate's score in the examination.
For Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Business Economics, qualified candidates have to go through Group Discussion/Personal Interview (PI) or both, as per the number of candidates.
