With 164 members, many of whom hold Ph.D. and M.Tech degrees, BVCEC's faculty is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Students give the faculty, led by Principal Dr. Maheshwar Dutta, a Ph.D. holder with thirty years of teaching experience a 4.2/5 rating for knowledge and friendliness. They prepare students for the difficulties of the industry by emphasizing both academic and practical learning. Yes, you can get direct admission to Bonam Venkata Chalamayya Engineering College. The institution offers BTech, MTech, and MCA.  To be eligible for admission to any course, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in the previous qualification in a relevant stream from any recognised institute. Although, admission to all courses requires a minimum valid score in entrance exams such as APICET, GATE, etc. But, 30% of the seats are reserved for direct admission under the management quota. The 35-acre BVCEC campus in Odalarevu has state-of-the-art amenities like smart classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a 400-square-meter library with 120 seats. Although some students complain about the poor quality of the cuisine and the antiquated facilities, both male and female hostels offer Wi-Fi, a gym, and medical services. Courts for badminton, volleyball and cricket are among the sports amenities. The campus hosts technical fests and cultural events like Yuvagala. However, hostel maintenance and Wi-Fi access need to be improved.
