No, you can’t get admission at SRM College (SRM University) with APEAMCET marks. 

For admission into its engineering programmes, SRM University conducts its own entrance examination known as SRMJEEE whereas APEAMCET is mainly for admissions into colleges that are affiliated to Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).  

Key Points:

SRMJEEE is used by SRM University: This is their main entrance exam for admissions.  

APEAMCET is for Andhra Pradesh state colleges: It is not accepted by SRM University.
