No, if you canceled your first-round seat allotment in Andhra Pradesh EAPCET 2024, you cannot get that seat back even if you were allotted another seat in the second round. The first seat is permanently canceled and will be allotted to other candidates in subsequent rounds. The minimum expected ICAR cut off 2024 for the general category is 50%, while the expected ICAR cutoff 2024 for SC/ST/PWD/Transgender candidates is 40%.
