That also depends on your category. For example, if you belong to OC you can't get a medium-level college also because of the CSE branch. And if you belong to BC you can get some medium colleges. But if you belong to SC or ST colleges you can get some better colleges and some times even best colleges. Try Shiksha college predictor based on your category.
