I can't say much about DSNLU but ipu main campus I. e. USLLU is not good and you can get frustrated here because the professors are really undertrained and no one likes them. Only 3 professors are such that you find worth taking lectures of. The 2nd point I say go for NLU and then if you don't like it there you can take migration here in your 2nd year. Thank you.

It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering, after doing your graduation in AME almost 13 years ago. Your intentions are very good but a word of caution. Recently UGC has reminded all universities from offering any professional course including engineering by way of distance education. Hence, my sincere advice is not to proceed in this direction and think of studying in some other subject.
