Yes, Holmes Institute does offer payment plans for Indian students to pay their tuition fees in installments. To take advantage of the payment plan, students need to make payment of 2 units + administrative charge of AUD 250 (INR 17.1 K).

The balance of remaining subjects will be due in week 7 of the normal study period.

Gettting into the Holmes Institute Australia MBA programme without prior work experience in relevant industry is unlikely. To be eligible for the same, it is mandatory for students to have work experience along with a recognised UG degree or a Graduate Diploma/Certificate.

Proof of English language proficiency (overall 6.0 in IELTS) is also required.

Holmes Institute degrees are generally recognised internationally. However, their recognition in India is questionable. The institute's degrees are not known to be recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

This means, students will ideally have to look for a career outside India, if an Holmes institute degree is all they have.
