As per the official site of Queensland University of Technology, it is considered a Level 2 university in Australia for student visa assessments. But it is highly reputable and academically considered a Tier 1 equivalent.
QUT does not really make it to the research-intensive Group of Eight (Go8), it ranks among the top 226 universities in the world.
It is industry focused and real world learning.

- Higher average post-MBA graduate salary (AUD 133,000 or INR 87.85 Lakhs) than Monash's (AUD 120,000 or INR 79.3 Lakhs)
An MBA from Monash is better only if you're looking for:
- More affordable option (AUD 59,900 or INR 39.6 Lakhs) compared to an MBA at MBS (AUD 120,384 or INR 79.5 Lakhs)
- Less strict entry requirements (competitive GMAT score of 670 or more) compared to Melbourne Business School (GMAT score of 695 or more)

I don't know much about GCET, but I'm doing B.Tech CSE at Galgotias University. From my experience, GU has many labs, practical courses, and Centres of Excellence where students can get hands-on learning. The university also focuses a lot on workshops, clubs, and extracurricular activities.

Vice Chancellor Scholarship of La Trobe University is open for UG and PG students. Its closing date is Sep 14, 2026. Students have to apply for this scholarship. It is not automatically applied. This scholarship will lead to either 50% or 100% reduction in total tuition fee of the course.
