Hi Basanta,
The question to your answer will depend on what you want to study and admission requirements of the universities. Every program and University have their standard set of admission requirements. How you join a good college is by meeting these criterion. Take the GRE to study in US. Not required in Australia. Take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency requirement. Check https://studyabroad.shiksha.com for university options, budget, requirements etc. Remember your SOP and LORS will.also matter.

Dear,
For this, you need to consult with Study abroad counsellor and file your application according to your college choice and start preparing for IELTS or TOEFL. You can know about the process during the education fair which will start shortly.
All the best.

Hi Bibin,
There is no on-campus placement in foreign universities. They have career assistance cells. For better prospects and recognition you can target top ranked Australian universities like the University of Melbourne, University of Sydney, Australian National University and Monash University to name a few.

Hi Partha, You did not mention if you are looking for Bachelors or Masters degree programmes. Rankings are affected accordingly. Anyways for agriculture programmes, you can consider Australian National University, The University of Queensland, The University of Melbourne and The University of Western Australia to name a few.
