To practice as nurse, you need to register with Australian government first. To work in Australia, overseas nurses should become qualified enough to meet Australian standards and to register with Australian nursing board. Do you mean when will engineering colleges open in Australia? If so, then admission intakes are mainly in February and July. Deadlines vary accordingly. You can check university websites for details.
