Yes, REVA University accepts a valid score of KCET entrance exam. This is a state-level entrance exam regulated by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), which is valid for admission to BTech at all the colleges of Karnataka state. NMIT Banagalore offers three porgrammes at PG level. The admission to 50% of MBA / MCA / M.Tech seats is through a valid score in PGCET and the remaining 50% admissions are done through Management quota. AICTE has approved an additional 15% seats for foreign nationals/PIO/NRI/students whose parents work in Gulf countries over and above the sanctioned intake. Candidates who have passed graduation with 50% and for candidates from Karnataka belonging to SC/ST and category-1 with 45% are eligible to apply for the programme. The XAT percentile criteria for shortlisting the MBA class of 2022–2024 was approximately 80–85 percentile.
The cutoff in the 2021–2023 cohort was just 75–80% of the maximum possible score on the XAT.
In the XAT score range of 70–75 percentile, the cutoff was set for the 2020–22 cohort.
