Yes, HKBK College of Engineering is more expensive than Shri Pillappa College of Engineering. 

The fee for B.Tech in HKBK College of Engineering is INR 3,85,000 for the whole course while Shri Pillappa College of Engineering's fee range for B.Tech lies between INR 2,30,000 - 2,70,000 for the whole course. 

However, HKBK College of Engineering offers the latest courses which are in high demand nowadays, while Shri Pillappa College of Engineering is still offering the traditional courses for B. Tech.

B.Tech Placement is just unbelievable in HKBK College of Engineering. Most of the engineering students got high-paying job opportunities from this College. However, the college has a good placement record for both B.Tech and MBA programs.

In the 2023 placement session, 96% of the B.Tech batch got placed and 93% of the MBA got placed. The average package offered to students ranges between INR 8 LPA and 16 LPA, and the highest package offered was INR 22.40 LPA.

Both colleges have M.Tech Structural Engineering. The NIRF ranking of RVCE is 96 while 78 is for MSRIT. So MSRIT can be the good option here.

The search results indicate that the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences is less expensive than SCTIMST, Trivandrum. Comparing the fees of DM courses in SCTIMST, Trivandrum with the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, the SCTIMST, Trivandrum fee for DM course is INR 2.8 Lakhs while the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences' fee is INR 1.6 Lakhs. 

Similarly, MD costs INR 1.8 Lakhs at SCTIMST, Trivandrum, and INR 1.5 Lakhs at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences.
