Actually Yes, as compared with Bangalore because Bangalore is like a place of IT hub and definitely those companies come to the campus and hire directly. But as compared with small cities those companies will be not there. So those private colleges are more valuable during placements.

The cut off is too high for BCom. It is around 90% for General Merit, 75% for SC/ST and for Christian Catholic it is easy to get admission with 60% as Joseph's is a Christian minority College.

Hi, Package depends upon your experiences and knowledge. If you have the merit then you will definitely get the best. The highest package offered in SMC dairy technology of B.Tech course is between 7 - 10 Lacs rupees per annum. It will increases if you get promotion.
