Hello Manasa Sahithya, as far as my understanding and information goes, presently no university is allowed to offer engineering graduation courses by way of correspondence course. You can check with registrar of your intended university about this to clarify further.

I think new horizon is better because the placement record there is very good. Almost all the students get placements and whichever college has a good placement record, in my view that college is the best. The highest salary package offered in MCA is 7 LPA now, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA.
