The institute that you are talking about does not mention that it is either a deemed to be university or the degree awarded by it will be recognised by a university that is approved by the UGC. in view of this I feel that your efforts and money will be futile if you went out in this institute for study. Best way for you to obtain the degree is to go for AMIE certification. This is equivalent to degree in all respects.
