The first way for B.Com selection process which is followed by majority of the colleges in India is Direct Admission. Yes, majority of the colleges such as Delhi University colleges will wait for the 12th results then students are selected on the basis of their percentage in class 12th.

Not sure. Bachelor of Design(B.Des) is an undergraduate degree focusing on fashion design that prepares students for advanced study in fashion design. B.Des is four year program.
