Yes, you can choose MBA in agriculture after completing graduation in BS Agriculture. But I would recommend you to choose the top B school in India only because it will help you to secure a good job after MBA in agriculture at the top firms.

I am sorry to say but you cannot take admission in any proper method since you have less than 60 percent in your boards and the minimum requirement is 60 percent. However you may choose to take lateral entry.
