Yes, you can repeat class 12th as many times as you can. Just be sure that repeating class 12th each time will reduce your chances of getting a seat based solely on class 12th marks (such as B.Com B.Sc. Or B.A. Each time. You might get 90% next time or 70 % but keep in time only this new score will remain, the old ones get wiped out.

Either 75% or Among Top 20 Percentile in Qualifying Exam:
Candidates should have secured either 75% in Qualifying Examination or should be among Top 20 Percentile of respective School Board.For the SC / ST candidates, the minimum marks percentage in Qualifying Examination is 65%.

First of all, if you are looking for WeSchool then yes on Vidyalaxmi portal you will get an idea of scholar loan for WeSchool. Which is the best way to pay the fees (student loan). I will suggest you go with WeSchool because you will get the best to best exposure in WeSchool.

I will suggest you to go with WeSchool Mumbai. If you have experience you will better ROI, but even if you are a fresher you will get best exposure in WeSchool.
