1. Register and Apply
Interested candidates can apply online with the required information.
2. Entrance Test
Eligible candidates need to appear for the MCC Entrance Test conducted by the college.
3. Group Discussion
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion based on score in Entrance Test.
4. Personal Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview based on performance in Group Discussion.
5. Final Selection
Candidates are selected based on the score in MCC Entrance Test and performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Well, it depends on the college. Some colleges have a formal policy for this and merit based selection will be done. Best suggestion would be talk to department concerned heads for the shift. Start early. Do not delay.
