Hi, as declared on the official PGCET website as a declaration by the college the fees is fixed by the fee regulation committee. The final fee for a MCA college through PGCET will be the same as declared.

Fee structure is feasible. Its bit expensive for NRI students. And also, for outside Maharashtra students and cheap for inside Maharashtra students. Mainly feasible for them. But it's okay according to me. Or else education loans are also provided.

Yes, for sure non-Karnataka students can get admission at M.V.J. College of Engineering. However, students are required to write CET for admissions avd qualify the same with a valid score. Check KEA website for exam details. You also can go through management seats which needs high money.
