Hi Rudraksh,
The cut-offs for SIBM Bengaluru vary each year depending on the SNAP Test paper and the performance of all the applicants. Also, there is no correlation between the scores and the percentiles. Even I'm from Andhra Pradesh, I'm pursuing aeronautical engineering in NMIT College, Bangalore. As ME is very demanding branch you have to compete a lot and should be good in academics too. Please check the Cut-off rank of PGCET 2017 in the official website kea. Kar. Nic. in. Even though it is a previous year cut-off, but still there won't be major changes.

There is no eligibility criteria of class 12th. But, for graduation you need to score above 55% marks and after that you are eligible for CAT. On the basis of your CAT result, you can get admission for IIM-A, B and C.
