Many private colleges offer admission to deserving candidates who are not Indian Nationals. Bangalore has many engineering colleges that offer admission. But unfortunately such information is not available on the click of a button. I am sure your present college will have assistance cell that will help you.

Amongst the four institutions that you have mentioned, I feel that you should select from either Jain or Amrita. Even the other two are reasonably well but these two have a better reputation quotient.
