Yes, you can directly take admission in DBIT, Bangalore and the fee structure varies every year. But I will give you the lumpsum idea of the fee i.e 300000 P.A.
Note:- Don't go for any admission broker (mediator) for taking admission.

Everything depends on your rank. If your rank falls in the cut-off rank of the previous years (not on border) then you can expect a seat in this college. The cut-off ranks for the previous year were-
For CSC, it was 451 after round 1 and 675 after round 2. For ECE, it was 887 after round 1 and 1203 after round 2.
For civil, the cut off rank was around 4000.
