As per the eligibility criteria mentioned on their website, you are eligible as it says you need to be a graduate from a recognized university. Since it doesn't mention the discipline of graduation, I assume you can apply for the course. Yet, it will be a good idea if you contact the institute directly for a clear information.

For ComedK students, it's somewhere 2 lakhs.
For KCET, it is 50K.

See, CSE is a top most branch and branch like IEM and civil are a bit easier to get admission.

The eligibility to pursue Diploma in Filma Acting at National Academy of Cinema and Television is:
(10+2) or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent.
If you are not a 12th pass, you will not be able to.
