Look Ravi, having a legal background is not mandatory for anyone to pursue a legal education, its an open field for all and anyone can apply for these and as you asked about the best college so as per me government college is the best college but as you want that your son to go in legal field so is depends upon him to select which college he wants private or government. Yes, you are eligible but the chances of getting call are very low. You can apply for PGDM courses and try your luck by clearing GD-PI rounds. Since you have work experience, you have an edge over fresher's and you can expect a good institute with decent placement.
Thank you.

Hello! Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies (RIMS) isn't really a good choice for pursuing MBA as neither it ranks among the top 50 B-schools in India nor it is a reputed brand. You can keep it only as a backup, in case you do not have a much better option available and/or are unwilling to take a year's drop and prepare again for the various MBA entrance exams. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/course/master-of-business-administration-ramaiah-institute-of-management-studies-sciences-mathikere-bangalore-92994 Kindly visit this link to know more about it, specially the college reviews, placements, etc.
