Now, you have to decide in which subject you have interest and go with your interested side i.e., either mechanical or EEE.
But I must choose EEE because of very high scope in future.

Whichever college you study in licence, exams are held by Government and licence is also granted by Government. Key is to pass licence examinations. Please do not confuse it with passing AME course.
