I'd suggest IIEBM, SSIM and IBA in the sequential order. SSIM is offering PGDM course a lesser amount than of the remaining other colleges and placements in all the colleges are almost same. The final decision is yours in choosing the college.

First of all, the courses you are asking about are totally different from each other. If you want to pursue B.Tech in CSE then Jain University is best as it has various specialization degrees.

It doesn't depend on the place from where you come, it all depends on your rank. I think for 94 marks it's very difficult to get admission.
