The exam is held in various phases throughout the year. The exam held in an online proctored test mode. Candidates can take the exam from the comfort of their homes as it is an online test that can be taken from Desktop computers and laptop computers. The online proctored JET exam has MCQ-type questions. Candidates are selected based on their JET Score and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed for the courses.

No, according to the information available on the official website of the institution and its university, states that for admission to the BBA courses, candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum of 50%. Additionally, Jain Entrance Test scores are accepted for admission to the BBA course. However, the university does accept scores of other entrance examinations for different UG & PG courses but for BBA only JET is considered.

It accepts admission through national or state level entrance exams such as KCET, GATE, PGCET, KMAT, etc., for specific courses. The criteria to get admission in programme is that the students must have passed Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate marks in each subject.
