Direct admission to AIMS Institutes is possible for all the UG and PG programmes, except MBA. The KMAT result date for R.R. Institute of Advanced Studies has already been announced for the 2024 session. The results for session 1 were declared on October 10, 2024, and the session 2 results were released in the third week of November 2024. However, for the 2025 session, the KMAT exam is scheduled to be held on May 31, 2025, for ME/MTech/MArch courses and on June 22, 2025, for MBA/MCA courses. The result of 2025 is expected to be announced after the exam, but an explicit date has not been confirmed yet.

The vital dates for KMAT registration and examination with respect to R.R. Institute of Advanced Studies for its MBA/PGDM programme are: KMAT 2025 registration is likely to start in June 2025, with the last date to submit the application form also likely to fall somewhere in September 2025. The KMAT 2025 test is likely to occur in the month of October 2025, with results expected to be released by November 2025.
