How they function :

When you join, students are divided into small groups. Each group usually has mixed students — different backgrounds, different strengths. This helps everyone learn from each other.

In these syndicate groups, you will:

It helps you improve teamwork, leadership, communication, and coordination. Since MBA is all about working in teams in corporate life, this system prepares you for that.

Now about changing groups —
