Last date to apply for BA admissions at ITM-IHM Navi Mumbai has not been revealed yet. Generally, admissions to UG level courses are closed around August by ITM-IHM Navi Mumbai. Candidates can get more information on BA deadline from the admission desk of the institute.

No refund rules have been provided on the website of ITM-IHM Navi Mumbai for BA admission cancellation. Generally, institutes offer refunds to BA candidates based on UGC norms.
UGC norms offer a percentage of the fees in refunds where the percentage is determined by how early the admission was cancelled.
Candidates are still advised to confirm this from the admission desk.

ITM-IHM Navi Mumbai BA course has a total fees of INR 7.9 Lacs in the academic year 2026. Candidates will be charged this fees on yearly basis in three installments of the course.
The first installment of this fees will include the admission fees for confirming the BA seat as well.

If you're comparing honestly, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology is the stronger pick over Jain University for M.Tech — especially for something like environmental engineering.
Thapar has:
Better academic reputation + faculty + labs
Stronger industry exposure and peer group
More credibility if you plan to grow in core/technical roles
Jain is okay, but it's not really known for core engineering depth.
That said, since you already have 3 years at thyssenkrupp, think about your goal:
If you want to move into core environmental roles / higher technical profile → Thapar is a good choice
